The occasions below are the ones we know well. Others are welcome; tell us what you have in mind.
Wine and table evenings
Sommelier-led dinners built around the coast the ship is sailing, with a short talk before each course and an unhurried table afterwards.
Weddings and vow renewals
A ceremony on deck at golden hour, dinner in the small dining room and photographs along the promenade. Legal formalities are arranged ashore; the ship hosts the celebration.
Corporate retreats
A meeting room with sea views by day, a shared dinner and the lounge by evening. Groups of twenty to sixty, with a coordinator aboard for the whole voyage.
How it works
From a request to a proposal
Tell us the occasion
Send a request with the coast you have in mind, rough dates and the size of your party. Nothing is held or charged at this stage.
Speak with a coordinator
A voyage coordinator calls or writes back within two working days to talk through routes, cabins, dining and the evening programme.
Receive a proposal
You receive a written proposal with the itinerary, the cabin plan and the fare. Booking arrangements continue only once you are happy with it.
